• Please allow up to 7 business days from the arrival of your package for our warehouse team to inspect and issue your refund. Following our approval, your bank or credit card provider may require extra processing time to post the credit to your account.

Modify or Cancel Orders

• To maintain fast shipping speeds, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted. If you no longer need the items, you are welcome to send them back to us by submit a request via https://www.bladexcycle.com/contact/ after delivery.

BladeX offers full refunds on items purchased through our online store, provided they satisfy these conditions:

• The gear is sent back within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
• The items remain in brand-new, resalable condition, in original packaging, uninstalled, and unridden.
• Any returned apparel must be unworn, tags attached, and unwashed.
• All returned goods are subject to thorough inspection by our quality assurance team.

Warranty Claims

BladeX provides a comprehensive 5-year warranty against manufacturing or material defects from your purchase date (valid upon product registration).

Damage from modification, abuse, improper installation, or high-temperature melting is excluded from coverage. Utilizing non-BladeX brake pads on our carbon rims immediately voids this factory warranty.
